Differentiated Grade 4 Division Activities
Developing strong division skills helps students recognise number patterns, solve real-world problems, and build a solid foundation for future mathematical learning. This resource offers multiple opportunities for students to practice division concepts through hands-on, independent activities designed for a range of ability levels.
Within this Grade 4 division pack, students complete division mysteries, cut-and-paste activities, and color-by-code worksheets that encourage active participation while reinforcing key division strategies.
The worksheets are organized into three differentiation levels:
- Circle – Practice dividing 2-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers.
- Triangle – Practice dividing 3-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers.
- Square – Review a combination of 2-digit and 3-digit division problems.
By working through a variety of worksheet formats, students receive repeated exposure to division concepts while staying engaged and motivated.
