Ahoy mateys! Time to get your book report finished before you have to walk the plank!
Use this fun pirate book report template during Talk Like a Pirate Day or whenever you and your students feel like traveling across the seas!
Students simply:
- Read a book of their choice.
- Complete the book report template by answering the questions and rating the book.
- Color and decorate the template.
- Cut out the head page and body page.
- Paste the two pages together as indicated in the diagram.
Two versions of the pirate illustration are included, as well as different versions of the book report.

- Draw a picture of something that happens in the book.
