Rainbow Number Facts (Making 10) - Board Game
A fun, hands-on board game to reinforce students’ understanding of making 10.
Use this board game when your students are learning to make 10.
Students take turns rolling the die and moving around the game board. Each time they land on a number, they must say how many more are needed to make ten. If they are correct, they collect the same number of gold coins as the number said e.g. if they land on four, they will collect six gold coins.
The player with the greatest number of gold coins at the end of the game is the winner!
This teaching resource includes:

- a game board
- a set of gold coins
- counters for play.
This resource is great when used as a math center activity.
