Get your students up and moving with a set of task cards instead! Students will practice changing incorrect possessive phrases into their appropriate possessive forms with a set of printable possessive noun task cards. This is a great resource to reinforce understanding of the use of apostrophes to indicate possession. The worksheet is designed for individual practice. Distinguishing between possessive and plural nouns can be tricky to grasp, but let this resource do the work for you!

To begin, students must read each possessive statement that is incorrect (ex. The tail of the cat) . They will then rewrite the phrase using the correct possessive form. An answer key is included with your download to make grading fast and easy!
