What Is a Cut and Paste Activity?
A cut and paste — sometimes called a cut and sort — is a printable hands-on learning tool that contains various pictures and/or text. Students then use scissors to cut out items and paste them onto another sheet of paper, following instructions or a designated layout.
These cutting and pasting activities aim to engage our students with a physical, kinesthetic experience that enhances their understanding and retention of the concepts covered in the worksheet. By manipulating and arranging objects, students can explore and internalize information in a concrete manner.
