These fact family triangles multiplication and division flashcards are ready quickly with a bit of help from your students! Here’s how to utilize this versatile resource.

Prepare

  1. Download these flashcards in the format of your choice. 
  2. Print either the color or black-and-white set on cardstock and have your students help to cut them out. 
  3. For longevity, we recommend laminating the set. 

Play

  1. These multiplication and division fact families cards are best used in pairs. Students first shuffle the deck and deal the cards evenly. 
  2. The first student holds up a triangle card, covering one of the values. 
  3. The second student answers with the covered value. 
  4. Students then switch roles, eventually switching decks once they finish with their current one.
