NAPLAN-Style Assessment Rubric - Informative Writing
A NAPLAN-style rubric designed to help teachers to assess students’ informative writing.
This assessment rubric for informative writing can be used to determine whether students are working below expectations, to expectations or above expectations in the following areas:
- audience
- informative structure
- ideas
- description
- vocabulary
- cohesion
- paragraphing
- sentence structure
- punctuation
- spelling.
This resource may be helpful for teachers to use when preparing students for the NAPLAN Writing Test.
