You can print, enlarge and laminate this tracker to display in your classroom. Print and laminate the picture markers on the second page to stick onto the chart on days when your class practices mindfulness. Alternatively, you can mark practice days with stickers or a marker.
Students may like to have their own copy of this mindfulness tracker in black and white. They can color the pictures on the second page, using the tracker to note their personal mindfulness practice. This can help students maintain their practice, assist with habit forming and aid in growing awareness of how mindfulness can affect their thoughts and feelings at different times.
